This unique concept revolves around one product, the artisanal croquette in more than 20 different flavours. So everything here revolved around a custom-made stove-fryer in a beautiful, old mansion from the 18th century on Groentemarkt.

Tailor-made kitchen for a top product

Right from the start, the challenge was to deliver a top-of-the-range kitchen in the fixed, protected and narrow space. Quite a challenge for our technical team and designers to create clear blueprints and technical drawings here.

The result became a sleek but cosy bespoke kitchen, fully tailored to the needs of in-house, take-away and delivery orders. Together with a punishing marketing plan, Chapeluur quickly became a hotspot in Ghent. Another client for Håndwerk to be proud of.
