Quinten and Sofie, a young couple passionate about gastronomy with very innovative ideas. A match made in heaven for Håndwerk, then. Together with the creators of Damme Bier, they came up with an innovative and convivial food-sharing concept. The result is a fine restaurant in the heart of Damme, only accessible via a micro-brewery.

In the initial exploratory meeting, we agreed on the needs and wishes budget-wise and translated them smoothly into an initial design. The result has become a spacious, open bespoke kitchen that stylishly flows into the restaurant.
The project has become a very nice combination of a professional kitchen that forms a soft whole with the entire interior. Like our client, we were therefore delighted that immediately after the opening, Mout was awarded as a newcomer and 2020 Gault&Millau laureate of the year.
