Korneel Vandermeersch, the inspirational force behind caterer "Le Brigand", wanted to transform the former notorious pub in Blankenberge into a hip tapas bar with world cuisine. Korneel knew exactly what he wanted, resulting in a Håndwerk kitchen that helps create the look and feel of this top gastronomic address.

A complete and seamless made-to-measure concept.

The challenge was to create a high-performance stainless steel kitchen in a very small area with enough space to fit all the desired appliances. After our money, of course. Where many modular kitchen concepts are limited, we anticipate without any problems with our complete and seamless made-to-measure concept.

Together with our design team, we set to work on the desired appliances Korneel required. This resulted in a sleek bespoke kitchen drawn to the millimetre with a subtle touch of green and white LED that typifies the character of our hospitality kitchens.
