THE WORLD SERVED WITH AN ASIAN TWIST
The Koetshuis is best described as a modern gastrobar with classic influences and worldly twists. Fun, cosy, innovative and... affordable. Guests put together their own menu and choose between fish, meat or vegetarian. This can be preceded by numerous tapas' to share. All ingredients are chosen with care and love and, of course, served fresh every day. In addition to our cuisine, we like to distinguish ourselves with carefully selected wines and some cocktails. With 120 seats, there is more than enough breathing space for everyone. At lunchtime there is lunch and in the evening dinner.

CHEF TRUNG HOANG'S GRAND TOUR
For those who work or live there, but also for the unsuspecting passer-by attracted by its arcadian surroundings, the Koetshuis has plenty of culinary surprises in store. Chef Trung Hoang is the creator of them and - after his Grand Tour in several grand houses worldwide - resolutely opts for non-everyday flavour combinations. The road to the kitchen was by no means in a straight line, the twists and turns of life crossed his path, and after studying art history at the VUB for three years, his choice was definitely fixed by the enchanting effect of scents and flavours.
